A beautiful piece of Japanese sea glass has been bezel set in Argentium Silver* for this one of a kind necklace. This sea glass is called ohajiki, and these pieces were used in a children's game for hundreds of years, as early as the 1600's. Ohajiki that are found with the pattern intact are often buried in the sand, allowing them to retain some of their original markings.
 
This necklace features individually handcrafted barnacles surrounding the glass with a subtle texture between to enhance detail. This comes on your choice of a 16" or 18" sterling silver chain.
